The Subject Of The Public Contract Is To Ensure The Operation Of An Electronic Tax Auction (Del) In The Form Of A Service Consisting In The Delivery, Operation And Support Of An Application Solution Enabling The Implementation Of Electronic Tax Auctions In The Field Of Tax Administration According To The Tax Code In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Regulations Of The Czech Republic. Creation And Security Of A Complex Implementation (Deployment Of An Application Solution Including A User Interface For Individual Roles (Tax Administrator, Auctioneer, Administrator And Ensuring The Safe Operation Of The Service In An Environment That Meets The Requirements For Personal Data Protection And Cyber Security, Integration With The Relevant Information Systems Of The Customs Administration, Continuous Maintenance, Updating And Technical Support Of The Service For The Duration Of The Contract, Creation Of Documentation, Provision Of User Support And Training Of Authorized Persons), Including A Description Of Its Individual Components And Information On Cooperating Systems And Modules And Others Related Information And Requirements Is Given In Annex No. 3 Of The Support Agreement (Technical Specification For The Public Contract Technical Support Of The Electronic Auction System - Del Cs Application In The Form Of A Service.
