Screed Work The Construction Site Is Located At Großgmainer Straße 14 In 83457 Bayerisch Gmain, Between The District Road And The Spa Park. The Immediate Proximity To The District Road Must Be Taken Into Account In The Calculation. As Part Of The Redesign And Expansion, The Southern Part Of The Building With The Tourist Information Office And Apartment, Including The Basement, Was Demolished To Make Space For The Construction Of An Underground Car Park With 23 Parking Spaces And Cellar Rooms. The Ground Floor Will Be Redesigned And Important Facilities Will Be Added: A Public Toilet, A New Tourist Information Office, A Library And Space For The Savings Bank Will Be Created. The Gastronomy In The Basement Is Being Modernized And Expanded By Moving A Transformer Out And Integrating The Kitchen Into This Area.
