The Customers Are The Different Industries Of The City Of Helsinki (E.G. Regional Planning Of The City Office, The Urban Environment Industry) And The Citys Business Establishments. The Aerial Photography Service Includes Oblique Aerial Photography Services Of Areas And Individual Objects. Typically, Previously Purchased Aerial Photos Have Been Related To Developing Neighborhoods Or Other Significant Regional Entities Under Construction Or Individual Buildings. The Aerial Photography Service Applies To Oblique Aerial Photography From A Height Of At Least 250 Meters. The Filming Service Covers The Area Of ​​The City Of Helsinki. The Procurement Is Carried Out As A Framework Arrangement In Order Of Priority, In Which Two (2) Contract Suppliers Are Selected Based On The Overall Economic Advantage, Unless There Are Fewer Bidders Who Meet The Requirements.
