Familiarization Visit: The Customer Requires The Bidder To Participate In A Mandatory Familiarization Visit Organized By The Customer Before Bidding. A Mandatory Familiarization Visit Will Be Organized On Tuesday, June 2. At 3 Pm And On Thursday 4.6. At 9 Oclock. The Name And Address Of The Object Is Mankkaan Type Kindergarten: Vanhan-Mankkaan Kuja 2, 02180 Espoo. The Customer Will Reject The Offer If The Offeror Has Not Familiarized Himself With The Destination During A Familiarization Visit Organized By The Customer. The Familiarization Visit Must Be Registered In Advance, No Later Than Three Days Before The Time Of The Familiarization Visit. Registration Is Done By Email To Tilapalvelut.Hankinnat@Espoo.Fi. If Registrations Are Not Received By The Deadline, The Client Reserves The Right To Postpone The Familiarization Visit, Which Will Be Announced Separately On The Tarjouspalvelu.Fi Supplier Portal. The Tenderer Can Submit Familiarization Visits To The Site Before The Last Day For Submitting Questions During Office Hours From 8:00 A.M. To 4:00 P.M. The Proposal Must Be Sent To The E-Mail Address Tilapalvelut.Hankinnat@Espoo.Fi No Later Than 7 Days Before The Time Of The Desired Familiarization Visit. Acquaintance Visits Will Be Organized If They Suit The Customer And The User, Those Who Have Familiarized Themselves With The Request For Tender Will Be Notified Of The Additional Familiarization Visits To Be Arranged In A Message From The Tender Service Supplier Portal. Procurement: Below Is The Outline Of The Scope Of The Contract, A More Detailed Description Of The Procurement Can Be Found In Appendix 1 Contract Program And Appendix 2 Plans Of The Tender Request. The Tender Request Attachments Cannot Be Read Through The Hilma Website Of Procurement Notices, But The Tenderer Must Familiarize Themselves With Them On The Tender Service Supplier Portal, Where The Customer Publishes The Tender Request. The Daycare Building Is Mainly Undergoing Internal Repair And Alteration Work. A New Exterior Door And Entrance Canopy Will Be Built In The Kitchen. A Separate Break Space Is Separated From The Social Space, The Upper Window Of Which Is Enlarged. The Border Of The Fire Area Is Changed Along With The Moving Wall Line. The Sound Insulation Of The Premises Will Be Improved With Material Changes And Damping Panels Installed On The Walls. Kitchen Furniture And Equipment Will Be Renewed. The Surfaces And Furniture Of The Bathrooms And Washrooms Will Be Renewed. The Furniture Of The Group Spaces Will Be Renewed. The Heat Exchangers Will Be Renewed. Separate Switches Are Installed For Underfloor Heating, Ventilation And Domestic Water. Changes Are Made To The Underfloor Heating Network And Replaced With Radiators In Some Of The Premises. A Door Curtain Machine Will Be Installed In The Kitchen Air Cupboard. Valves, Actuators And Controls Are Renewed. The Heating Networks Are Flushed And Adjusted. The Tk2 Ventilation Unit Is Renewed. A New Ventilation Machine 305Pf1 Will Be Installed At The Site. The Silencers Of The Ventilation Unit Tk1 Are Renewed. Ducting Changes Are Being Made To The Ventilation System, Especially In The Ventilation Machine Room. A New Condensation Hood And Top Vacuum Cleaner Will Be Installed In The Kitchen. The Ventilation System Will Be Cleaned And Adjusted In Its Entirety. The Water Lines And Drains Of The Kitchen, Changing Rooms And Laundry Facilities Will Be Renewed. Two-Sink Kitchen Countertops Will Be Installed In The Group Rooms And New Wells Will Be Installed At The Site, Which Will Be Connected To The Existing Network. The Building Automation System Will Be Renewed And The Existing And New Building Technology Devices Will Be Connected To The Automation System. New Devices Are Electrified With Safety Switches. The Objects Interior Lighting Is Being Renewed. A New Control Center Will Be Installed In The Technical Room. An Induction Loop Hearing Aid System Will Be Implemented In Group Room 107. The Form Of Contract Is A Complete Contract. All Work Presented In The Tender Documents Is Included In The Total Contract. The Selected Supplier Acts As The Main Contractor In The Project And As The Main Executor In Accordance With The Government Decree On The Safety Of Construction Work (2009/205). The Preliminary Contract Period Is 1 August 2026 – 30 April 2027. The Site Is Not In Operation During The Contract. Will Choose A Supplier Based On The Tender. The Customer Does Not Commit To The Announced Purchase Quantities.
