Delivery Of A Core Two-Day Halloween Festival Across Tallaght And Clondalkin. The Event Management Company (Emc) Will Act As Project Manager To Plan, Coordinate, And Execute All Aspects Of The Festival, Including Programming, Logistics, Event Management Plan, Stakeholder Engagement, Health And Safety, Child Protection, And Post-Event Evaluation. The Emc Will Be Responsible For Providing And Managing All Event Infrastructure And Entertainment, Including Themed Decorations, Performers, Audio-Visual Services, Food Vendors, Crowd Control, Security, And Accessibility Provisions. The Emc Will Engage With Sdcc Staff On A Regular Basis. The Emc Will Also Engage With Third Party Stakeholders To Develop On-Brand Non Core Halloween Events Independently Run By The Stakeholders. These Events May Benefit From Separate Supportive Funding.
