Core Functional Requirements: Automation Of The User Lifecycle (On- And Offboarding), Self-Service Portal For Password Resets And Resource Requests, Role Management Based On The Least Privilege Principle And Comprehensive Reporting And Auditing Of All Changes. Technical Integration: Connection Of A Heterogeneous System Landscape Consisting Of Directory Services (Ad, Azure Ad), Communication Solutions (Exchange Hybrid, Ms Teams, Cisco Callmanager), File Infrastructure (File Server, Netapp/Powerscale) And Service Management Tools (Topdesk).
