General-Practitioner Services – Provision Of On-Call And Mobile Medical Services. 24-Hour Health Center Medical On-Call And Mobile Medical Service: Provision Of General Medical On-Call Care And Mobile Medical Service For The Homeless Of The City Of Miskolc Within The Framework Of Basic Health Care. Description Of Public Procurement: The Purpose Of This Procedure Is To Enter Into An Assignment (Participation) Contract For The Provision Of Adult Family Doctor On-Call Within The Scope Of Basic Health Care, As Well As For The Provision Of Mobile Medical Services And The Documentation Of These Activities In Accordance With The Law. The Family Doctor On-Call For The Homeless Provides A 16-Hour Call On Weekdays From 4:00 P.M. To 8:00 A.M. The Next Day, And A 24-Hour Call On Weekends, Holidays, Public Holidays And Holidays From 8:00 A.M. To 8:00 A.M. The Next Day. The Bidder Will Make The 24-Hour Health Centers Doctors Office And Patient Care Rooms, Together With All Their Equipment, Available To The Winning Bidder Free Of Charge, With The Provision That It Will Bear The Utility Charges Incurred And Ensure Their Cleaning. The Tenderer Provides The Qualified Assistants. The Successful Bidder Is Obliged To Provide The Necessary Full Medical Background For The On-Call Activities Of The Family Doctor. (Personal Condition) The Mobile Medical Service Is Provided On Working Days From 08:00 To 12:00. The Necessary Vehicle Is Provided By The Bidder, Together With Its Maintenance Costs. The Successful Bidder Provides The Necessary Full Medical Background For The Activities Of The Mobile Medical Service. (Personal Condition) The Tenderer Undertakes To Provide The Materials, Tools, Medicines And Other Services (E.G. Laundry, Removal Of Hazardous Waste, Etc.) Necessary For Operation. Taking The Following Legislation Into Account, The Winning Bidder Is Required To Perform Family Medicine Activities: - Cliv Of 1997. Eüm Decree On The Activities Of Family Doctors, Family Pediatricians And Dentists, - 60/2003. (X.20.) Eszcsm Decree On The Professional Minimum Conditions Necessary For The Provision Of Health Services.
