The Subject Of The Order Is The Installation Of Air Conditioning In Patient Rooms Of The Cardiac Surgery Clinic Of The Clinical Provincial Hospital. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation Along With Subsequent Authors Supervision And The Execution Of Construction And Installation Works For The Task Titled: Installation Of Air Conditioning In Patient Rooms Of The Cardiac Surgery Clinic. 1) The Purpose Of The Order Is To Design And Implement An Air Cooling Installation In Selected Rooms Of The Cardiac Surgery Clinic, Marked In Figure No. 1, Using The Vrf System, Together With An Installation Supplying Electricity To The Device, Condensate Drainage And A Structure Mounting The Central Unit Of The System. , Meeting The Currently Applicable Technical And Operational Requirements. 2) To Ensure Cooling Of Selected Rooms In The Cardiac Surgery Clinic, A Vrf Cooling System Should Be Designed And Constructed, Consisting Of An External Unit With A Cooling Capacity Of At Least 44 Kw And 17 Internal Units, Including 1 Cassette Unit With A Cooling Capacity Of 4.5 Kw, 1 Wall Unit With A Cooling Capacity Of 2.2 Kw, 13 Wall Units With A Cooling Capacity Of 2.8 Kw And 2 Wall Units Pcs. With A Cooling Capacity Of 3.6 Kw. 3) Designed And Constructed Based On The Prepared Pfu, It Is To Be An Investment With Optimal Functional, Technical And Economic Properties Using New Technologies Combined With Rational Construction Costs In Relation To Durability And Operating Costs. 3. Scope Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) Design Documentation Including: A) Multi-Discipline Inventory To The Extent Necessary To Perform The Task, B) Conceptual Design Specifying The Scope Of Expected Construction, Installation, Assembly And Adaptation Works And Specifying The Parameters Of The Proposed Devices, Construction And Installation Materials Used, C) Multi-Discipline Detailed Design, D) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Catalog Cards, Manuals, Etc.), E) Cost Studies (Bills Of Quantities, Offer Cost Estimates), F) Other Documents And Studies Necessary To Implement The Project, G) Authors Supervision In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions Of The Construction Law. The Contractor Will Prepare Complete Documentation Along With All Legally Required Arrangements And Obtain All Necessary Permits Related To The Implementation Of The Investment. 2) Construction And Installation Works, Including: Construction, Installation And Assembly Works Performed On The Basis Of Design Documentation Approved By The Ordering Party And Agreed With Fire Experts.
