The Mettmann District Is The Sponsor Of The School Mentioned Below And The Client Of This Award. Name Of The School Address Support Center Center Location Erkrath Campus Sandheide Daniel Schreber Weg 25, 40699 Erkrath The Mettmann District Administration Is Building A New School Building At The Above Location. A Total Of Five Parts Of The Building Will Be Built, Two Parts Of Which Will House The Erkrath Location Of The Mitte Support Center In The Future. The Aim Of This Award Is To Find A Competent And Reliable Contractual Partner Who Will Fully Equip The New School Building And Who Will Take Over The Delivery And Assembly Of The Furniture Described In Appendix 1 For The Above-Mentioned School On A Specified Contract Date. A Total Of Eighteen Classrooms With Adjoining Rooms, Various Offices, Team And Teacher Bases, Specialist Rooms And Other Special Rooms (Such As A Student Café Or The School Library) Are To Be Completely Equipped With New Furniture On Each Of The Three Floors Of The Two Building Parts Of The Support Center. All Items To Be Delivered Must Comply With German Standards And Regulations, In Particular The Safety Regulations (Ce Or Gs Mark). All Eu Regulations Adopted By The Federal Republic Of Germany Must Be Taken Into Account. The School Furniture Offered Must Comply With Din En 1729. In Addition, All Components Must Be Safety Tested In Accordance With The Applicable Guv Guidelines. If, After Testing, It Turns Out That The Specified Properties And Standards Are Not Met, The Contractor Undertakes To Subsequently Restore The Specified Condition Free Of Charge. Systems Must Be Offered That Guarantee Years Of Problem-Free Use In Schools And That Are Available For At Least Another Five Years In Order To Be Able To Procure Any Replacements Or Additionally Required Furniture In A Suitable Design. In The Event Of Model Changes Or Changes To Materials Or Properties Or Functions, The Contractor Will Inform The Client In Good Time Before The Introduction. No Changes, In Particular Changes To Certified Products That Require Renewed Certification, May Be Made Without The Consent Of The Client. According To The Current Status Of Construction Work, The Order Should Be Completed In The Two Weeks Before The Autumn Holidays (Holidays 10/19/26 To 10/30/26), I.E. In The 41St/42Nd. Week 2026 Will Be Carried Out From October 5Th To 16Th, 2026. The Execution Deadline Corresponds To The Above-Mentioned Execution Time. All Delivery Times Begin On The Date The Order Is Placed And Not After Any Detailed Questions Have Been Clarified. In The Case Of Custom-Made Products To Be Created In Individual Cases, The Execution Deadline Must Be Agreed Separately With The Client. The Furniture Is Delivered Free Of Charge To The Place Of Use And The Packaging Materials Are Disposed Of Free Of Charge And In An Environmentally Friendly Manner.
