Architectural Services For Buildings – Replacement Building For The Maximilian Kolbe School In Löningen. Due To Changing Requirements And Increasing Student Numbers, The Cloppenburg District Intends To Rebuild The Existing Maximilian Kolbe School In Löningen As A Special Needs School With A Focus On Intellectual Development. The New Building Is To Take Place In Löningen At The Linderner Straße Location (Between St-Florian-Straße And Blumenstraße). The Land To Be Developed Is Currently Still Used For Agricultural Purposes. There Is Currently No Development Plan For This Area, But The Urban Development Framework Will Be Specified By The City Of Löningen For The Architectural Competition. Challenging Targets For Energy-Efficient And Sustainable Construction Must Be Taken Into Account In The Early Planning Phase. The Aim Of The Competition Is To Find A Suitable Contractor (Architect/Landscape Architect) For Further Planning Services Using Alternative And Optimized Concepts That Equally Meet The Different Requirements - In Particular Design, Functionality, User Comfort, Economic Efficiency, Resources And Energy.
