Expression of Interest for Provision of communication and social media services in the MENA region 19.05.2026 The EEAS / Delegation of the European Union to Jordan is launching a call for tenders using a negotiated procedure to conclude a framework contract for communication and social media services in the MENA region (reference number No: EEAS/DELJORA/2026/001). The expected services to be delivered under this 4-year framework contract include: Monthly activity plans Content creation for social media Community management Performance measurement Indicative overall budget: between 160.000 and 180.000 Euro. This tender is open to service providers established in Jordan, Lebanon, Palestine (*) and Egypt.
