The Order Includes The Delivery And Installation Of Three Air Conditioning Systems: 1) System 1 - Vrf System:A) 4 Indoor Cassette-Type Air-Conditioning Units;B) 4 Indoor Ceiling-Type Air-Conditioning Units;C) 1 Outdoor Unit Cooperating With The Above-Mentioned Indoor Units;2) System 2 - Vrf System:A) 5 Indoor Wall-Type Air-Conditioning Units;B) 1 Indoor Cassette-Type Air-Conditioning Unit;C) 1 Outdoor Unit Cooperating With The Above-Mentioned Indoor Units,3) System 3 - Multi Split System:A) 2 Indoor Cassette-Type Air-Conditioning Units;B) 1 Outdoor Unit Cooperating With The Above-Mentioned Indoor Units; A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, A Description Of The Ordering Partys Requirements In Terms Of Implementation And Acceptance Are Specified In: 1) Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Sopz) - Annex No. 1 To The Swz; 2) Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu) - Annex No. 2 To The Swz. All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law.
