The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Related To The Implementation Of A Vrf Air Conditioning System In The Building Of The City And Commune Office In Kańczuga - 1St And 2Nd Floors As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Modernization Of The Building Of The City And Commune Office In Kańczuga, 2. The Scope Of Work To Be Performed Includes In Particular: - Delivery And Assembly Of External Units Of The Vrf System, - Assembly Of Indoor Units, - Construction Of Refrigeration Lines From Copper Pipes With Insulation, - Installation Of Tees And System Fittings, - Construction Of Condensate Installation With Condensate Pumps, - Construction Of Power Supply And Control Installations, - Performance Of Tightness And Pressure Tests, - Vacuuming, Filling With R32, - Tests, Adjustments And Final Start-Up.3. The Order Includes The Installation Of An Air Conditioning System Only On The 1St And 2Nd Floors Of The Building.4. Location Of Works - Building Of The City And Commune Office In Kańczuga, Ul. M. Konopnicka 2, 37-220 Kańczuga.5. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Was Specified In The Design Documentation. The Works Should Be Performed To The Extent And Quantity Specified In The Bills Of Quantities In The Manner Described In The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwior) And The Contract, Which Constitute Annexes To The Swz. However, The Ordering Party Emphasizes That The Bill Of Quantities Has An Auxiliary Function, And The Contractor Is Obliged To Determine The Final Scope Of Work To Be Performed Based On The Attached Design Documentation [The Part Relating To The 1St And 2Nd Floors Of The Building]. The Contractor Is Solely Responsible For Determining The Amount Of Work And The Method Of Calculating The Lump Sum Remuneration On This Basis. In The Event Of Discrepancies Between The Provisions Of The Swz And Stwior, The Provisions Of The Swz Shall Prevail. 6. Quality Warranty Period For The Completed Subject Of The Order: Minimum 36 Months. 7. Quality Requirements Relating To The Main Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Design Documentation.8. Accessibility Requirements For Disabled People [Art. 100 Section 1] - The Nature Of The Subject Of The Contract Does Not Justify Specifying The Requirements Referred To In Art. 100(1) Of The Public Procurement Law.
