1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Deliveries Of Fish, Fish Products And Frozen Fruit And Vegetables For The District School Dormitory In Człuchów To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party (Kitchen No. 1 - Ul. Koszalińska 2A, Kitchen No. 2 - Ul. Batorego 24). A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 3 To This Tor.2. Food Products Included In The Delivery Should Meet Sanitary And Epidemiological Requirements And The Principles Of The Haccp System In Mass Catering Establishments, I.E., Among Others: 1) Quality Standards Or Certificates, 2) Marking, Including The Date Of Minimum Durability And Expiration Date, 3) Appropriate Method Of Transporting Goods - Maintaining Separate Transport, 4) The Delivered Assortment Must Be Free Of Physical And Biochemical Damage That Reduces Its Utility Value, 5) Appropriate Temperature During Transport And Sanitary Conditions Of The Vehicle.3. The Contractor Will Receive Remuneration For The Quantity Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Actually Ordered And Delivered. The Obligatory Scope Of The Order, I.E. The Minimum (Guaranteed) Quantities, Is 40% Of The Gross Contract Value.4. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order Using Specialized Transport Adapted To Transport Food, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Lend And Deliver 1 Electronic Platform Type Scale, Min. Up To 60 Kg And Freezers For Each Of The Above-Mentioned Kitchens, I.E. For The Ordering Partys Kitchen At Ul. Koszalińska 2A And Batorego 24 During The Term Of The Contract, I.E. 1) 3 Pieces With A Capacity Of 250 Liters, 2) 4 Pieces With A Capacity Of 350 Liters, 3) 6 Pieces With A Capacity Of 450 Liters, 4) 2 Pieces With A Capacity Of 600 Liters, Including Delivery And Assembly.
