It Is A Market Survey That Is Carried Out As A Request For Information. The Purpose Of This Request For Information Is To Obtain The Views Of Market Players Who Produce Services In A Wide Area For The Planning And Procurement Of The Service. In Order To Ensure Diversity, The Procurement Unit Can Also Have A Discussion With The Market Participants Who Responded To This Request For Information And Invite Some Market Participants To Separate Meetings. Meetings Are Not Necessarily Organized With All Market Participants Who Responded To The Request For Information. This Request For Information Is Not A Request For Tender, And The Publication Of The Request For Information Does Not Initiate A Tender. The Tenderer Must Not Make An Offer For A Request For Information Or A Market Survey. Planned Procurement Kaisaniemi Metrohalli Oy Kaisaniemi Metrohalli (Hereinafter Referred To As The Procurement Unit) Requests Answers Regarding The Transfer Of The Right To Use The Advertising Spaces Located In The Ticket Hall Of The University Of Helsinki Metro Station For Advertising Purposes. The Procurement Is Planned To Be Carried Out Through An Open Procedure So That The Contractual Partner (Hereinafter The Supplier) Gets The Right To Manage And Sublease Advertising Space In The Ticket Hall Managed By The Procurement Unit. With A Right-Of-Use Agreement, The Agreement Is Intended To Enter Into Force At The Beginning Of 2027. According To The Initial Plan Of The Procurement Unit, The Procurement Unit Undertakes With The Contract Not To Enter Into A Similar Agreement Regarding The Re-Leasing Of Advertising Space With Another Operator Engaged In The Same Activity During The Contract Period. Currently, There Are Three (3) Digital Advertising Devices Around The Large Column In The Ticket Hall Of The University Of Helsinki Metro Station And One Double-Sided Device On The Opposite Side Of The Ticket Hall. The Future Contract Period Is Intended To Enable The Same Solutions And In Addition The Procurement Unit Also Wants To Enable New Solutions. There Are Also Other Advertising Surfaces In The Ticket Hall, Such As Commercial Premises Own Advertisements, Racks Of Free Magazines And Individual Other Advertising Places. The Procurement Unit Has Initially Planned That The Advertising Solution Should Be Based On Digital Screens (Electronic Screens). The Quantity, Quality And Placement Of The Displays Must Be Appropriate As A Whole In Relation To The Space Of The Ticket Hall, Passenger Flows And Environmental Requirements. The Selected Supplier Will Be Responsible For All Investments Related To Advertising Equipment, Including Equipment Purchase, Installation, And Installation-Related Technical Implementations (Such As Electrical Cabling). The Selected Supplier Must Also Ensure In Advance That The Advertising Devices, Their Mounting Solutions And Their Use Do Not Endanger Safety, Accessibility Or The Smooth Movement Of Passengers. The Selected Supplier Is Responsible For The Maintenance, Upkeep And Maintenance Of The Advertising Equipment Throughout The Contract Period. The Liability Also Covers The Costs Caused By Possible Vandalism Or Other Damage. The Purchasing Unit Is Responsible For The Costs Of The Electricity Used By The Advertising Equipment.
