The Project Includes The Design And Construction Of A New Early Childhood Center Consisting Of A School, Kindergarten And Associated Functions, Including Necessary Technical Facilities And Outdoor Works. The Procurement Is Carried Out As Several Sub-Competitions, Where Separate Contracts Are Entered Into For The Various Projects, Including Construction, Foundation Work, Exterior Work, Plumbing, Electricity And Telecommunications As Well As Automation. The Companies Will Be Carried Out As Turnkey Contracts According To Ns 8407, Where Each Contractor Is Responsible For Planning And Execution Within Their Area Of Expertise. The Building Contractor Will Have The Role Of Co-Ordinating Contractor For Progress And Coordination Between The Projects. Suppliers Can Make Offers For One Or More Sub-Tenders.
