The British Columbia Institute Of Technology (Bcit) Will Be Carrying Out The Roof Replacement Of Building Ne23, Ne24 And Ne28 Located On Burnaby Campus With A New Insulated Roof Assemblies To Meet Present Code Requirements. The Intent Is That All Three (3) Roof Replacement Would Happen Simultaneously, So That The Majority Of The Scope Is Completed Prior To The September 2026 Semester School Start. Bcit Invites Qualified General Contractors To Submit A Firm Price Quotation Of The Work, Labour, And Materials Required And/Or Implied Outlined In This Invitation To Tender Opportunity.
