Request for proposals for Mobile-App 1. Purpose This document defines the business and non-functional requirements for a PEX-branded mobile application that provides official market information (real-time and/or delayed, subject to entitlement) to investors and the public. The application aims to improve transparency, investor awareness, and accessibility of official exchange data while reducing dependency on third-party applications. 2. Business Objectives Provide accurate, reliable and timely market information to investors and the public. Increase engagement with PEX market data, disclosures, and official announcements. Improve transparency and accessibility of trading information on iOS and Android. Reduce dependency on third-party market data applications and ensure "official source" positioning.
