Hazard Protection And Control Consultancy Services – Providing Services Of An Independent Auditor, In Accordance With The Management And Control System Procedures Manual (Sme) As It Applies From Time To Time, To Confirm The Achievement Of The Recovery & Resilience Fund Projects Monitored By The Ministry Of Digital Governance. The Object Of The Project Is The Provision Of Independent Auditor Services, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Procedures D8 Audit By An Independent Auditor And D18 Project Completion Of The Management And Control System (Msc) For Confirmation Of The Achievement Of The Recovery And Resilience Fund Projects, Which Are Monitored By The Ministry Of Digital Governance, As Analyzed In Paragraph 2.2 Of Appendix 1 Hereof. The Contracting Authority May Determine According To The Milestones And The Completion Of The Projects, The Requirements For Completing And Presenting The Checklists And/Or The Audit Reports, According To The Table In Paragraph 2.2 Of Appendix 1 Of The Declaration. The Aim Of The Process Is To Confirm The Satisfactory Achievement Of Each Milestone And Objective Linked To A Payment Request, Including The Non-Interruption Of Already Achieved Milestones And Objectives Of The Audited Project/Action, The Prevention Of Fraud And Corruption, The Non-Conflict Of Interest, The Non-Double Financing Of The Same Expenditure Of The Actions And Projects Of The Recovery And Resilience Fund And From Another Fund Or Program Union And The Compliance Of The Actions And Projects With The Principle Of Not Causing Significant Harm And With The Climate And Digital Objectives, Where Required, Based On The Regulation. In Addition, The Correct Execution, As Well As The Completion, Of The Actions And Projects Of The Recovery And Resilience Fund, In Accordance With The Principles Of Sound Financial Management And The Applicable National And Eu Law, Is Confirmed. To Confirm The Completion Of The Project/Action, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Taa Sop And Procedure D18, It Conducts An Audit Of The Physical And Financial Object Of Each Project/Action, Regardless Of Whether It Is Linked To Milestones/Goals Participating In A Payment Request.
