Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Design Services For The Dali Phase, Technical Project And Technical Assistance From The Designer For The Investment Objective Modernization, Consolidation And Rehabilitation Of Prof. Paul Banica Secondary School, Targoviste Municipality, Dambovita County- Pmt-2026-P-021, Unique Procedure Identification Code 4279944-2026-36. The Object Of The Service Contract, To Be Awarded, Consists In: - The Preparation Of The Technical-Economic Documentation In Accordance With The Provisions Of Government Decision No. 907/2016 Regarding The Elaboration Stages And The Framework Content Of The Technical-Economic Documentation Related To The Investment Objectives/Projects Financed From Public Funds; - The Participation Of The Designer In The Approval Commissions From The Owners Of Utilities And Other Approvers, As Well As The Participation In The Meeting Of The Local Council For The Approval Of The Documentation And The Technical-Economic Indicators; - Reviewing And Completing The Documentation, If Necessary, Without Additional Costs, Depending On The Conditions Imposed By The Reviewers Or The Funding Source: The Local Budget, The State Budget Or Any Other Identified Funding Source; - Ensuring Technical Assistance From The Designer Throughout The Execution Of Intervention Works On Existing Constructions. - Providing Consultancy In The Elaboration Of Answers To Possible Clarification Requests Sent By The Financier. The Estimated Total Value Of The Award Procedure Is 144,628,10 Lei Without Vat. The Contracting Authority Will Respond Clearly And Completely To All Requests For Clarification/Additional Information Addressed By Economic Operators, On The 11Th Day Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers, According To Art. 161 Of Law No. 98/2016, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, In Conjunction With Art. 27 Paragraph (3) Of Hg 395/2016 With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, Insofar As These Requests Will Be Addressed By The Deadline Of 17 Days Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers.
