The Municipality Of Alkmaar Provides Temporary Housing For Approximately 150 Tenants, Consisting Of Status Holders And Emergency Seekers. This Target Group Uses Municipal Housing Facilities And Pays Rent And Service Costs. The Municipality Currently Does Not Have The Capacity And Systems To Carry Out Rent Administration And Collection Independently. These Services Have Therefore Been Provided Externally. After A Pilot With Pinedo Makelaardij B.V., Running Until September 1, 2026, It Was Decided To Put The Assignment Out To Tender On A Structural Basis.
