Construction Work – Public Tender For Framework Agreement For Building Maintenance - Bornholm. Etk Handles, On Behalf Of The Ministry Of Defences Group, The Operation Of The Establishments Throughout Denmark. Etks Head Office Is Geographically Located In Hjørring, From Where The Overall Management, Planning And Contract Management Takes Place. Etk Is Described In More Detail In Appendix 4.1. The Sub-Agreement Concerning Bornholm Was Previously Tendered By Tender Order No. 596240-2025, Which Was Subsequently Canceled By Amending Order No. 200890-2026. This Tender Is Carried Out As A Re-Tender Of The Partial Agreement. As Part Of The Continued Task Resolution And With A View To Ensuring Future Operations On Bornholm, Etk Is Carrying Out This Re-Tendering Of The Sub-Agreement Regarding Bornholm (Hereinafter The Sub-Agreement). The Contractors On The Sub-Agreement (Hereafter Collectively Referred To As The Contractors) Will Constitute Key Collaboration Partners For Etk In Connection With The Task Solution On Bornholm. Etk Wishes To Enter Into A Framework Agreement On Tradesman Services For The Maintenance Of Etks Buildings And Facilities On Bornholm. The Handyman Services Are Delivered On A Contract Basis And Primarily Include Maintenance And Repair Tasks As Well As, Exceptionally, Small New Builds Within The Construction Trade. The Sub-Agreement Thus Includes Services That Naturally Belong To The Traditional Construction Trades. The Scope Of The Work Includes, Among Other Things: Carpentry And Carpentry Work Masonry Work Concrete And Plaster Repairs Roofing And Facade Work Painting Work Flooring And Other Surface Treatments Soil And Sewer Work Paving Work Demolition And Environmental Remediation Work Minor Asphalt Work For Repairs And Maintenance Work The List Is Not Exhaustive, And During The Contract Period There May Be A Need For The Performance Of Additional Services That Naturally Belong To The Above Construction Trades. As A Rule, The Sub-Agreement Does Not Cover Technical Subjects Such As Electricity, Plumbing, Ventilation And The Like. However, To A Certain Extent, Follow-Up Work May Be Included, Which Is Not In Itself Construction-Related, But Which Is Covered By The Technical Subjects When These Are Deemed Necessary To Complete The Overall Construction-Related Project. In Such Cases, The Contractor Will Have Full Responsibility For Management, Coordination And Quality Assurance Of All Services, Regardless Of Whether They Are Performed By The Contractor Himself Or By His Subcontractors. The Contractor Is Thus Fully Liable To Etk For These Services. The Sub-Agreement Exclusively Concerns The Geographical Area Of ​​Bornholm. An Agreement Will Be Concluded With 4 Contractors, Who Are Ranked As No. 1, 2, 3 And 4 On The Basis Of The Most Economically Advantageous Offer.
