The Works For The Objective New Cf Bridge Km 317+950, ​​Deda - Rázboieni Cf Line And Demolition Of The Existing Cf Bridge (Execution) Will Be Executed According To Pth+De, Specifications And Bills Of Quantities. Quantity: • Total Bridge Length: 170.10 M; • Number Of Bridge Openings: 2 X 80.00 M; • Leveling: 1 Piece; • Cf Line In Definitive Version Of Route L=1200 M. Contract Duration: 20 Months, To Which Is Added, If Necessary, A Maximum Of 4 Calendar Months For Each Calendar Year, For The Interruption Of Works During Cold Weather, During The Conventional Period 15 November - 15 March. The Estimated Value Does Not Include Provisioned Amounts/Implementation Reserves. Note: The Estimated Amount Does Not Include The Amount Of Miscellaneous And Unforeseen Expenses. The Amount Of Miscellaneous And Unforeseen Expenses (Calculated At A Percentage Of 10% Of The Amount Of C+M Expenses In The Contract) Is Not Included In The Total Amount Of The Contract, It Represents Expenses Included In The Estimate Structure Of The Investment Object, According To The Provisions Of H.G. 907/2016. The Use Of The Amounts Related To Them Is Done According To Needs, For Unforeseen Situations That May Arise During The Execution Of The Works, Situations That Could Not Be Taken Into Account At The Time Of Drawing Up The Project, By Concluding An Additional Act To The Initial Contract (According To Art. 235-241 Of Law 99/2016). Suspension Clause: The Awarding Procedure Is Carried Out Under This Suspensive Clause, In The Sense That The Signing Of The Contract For The Execution Of Works Will Be Done Only After Securing The Funding Source. The Conclusion Of The Contract With The Economic Operator That Will Be Declared The Winner Following The Completion Of The Sectoral Procurement Procedure, In Order To Execute The Works Related To This Objective, Is Conditional On Obtaining/Approving The Financing Of The Works, The Signing Of The Contract Being Possible Only In The Situation In Which The Provisions Relating To The Commitment Of Expenses From The Budgets Falling Under The Scope Of The Public Finance Legislation Are Respected. If, Regardless Of The Reasons, Obtaining/Approving The Financing Of The Works From Funds From The State Budget Is Not Achieved, After Receiving The Notification From The Competent Authorities Regarding The Non-Granting Of Financing, The Contracting Entity Reserves The Right To Apply The Provisions Of Art. 225 Paragraph (1) Lit. C) From The Updated Law 99/2016: If Violations Of The Legal Provisions Affect The Award Procedure Or If It Is Impossible To Conclude The Contract.
