The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Procurement Of A Personnel And Payroll Information System (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Pis) For The Zlín Region. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is: A) Delivery, Installation And Implementation Of A Personnel And Payroll Information System (Pis), In Particular All Necessary Software Equipment At All Levels Including The Provision Of All Necessary Third-Party Licenses, Provision And Implementation Of A Communication Interface For Connection With Other Internal And External Information Systems Of The Contracting Authority (Including Public Administration Systems), Integration Of Pis Into The Contracting Authoritys Environment, All Work Connected With The Implementation Of Pis System Optimization, Migration And Validation Of Data From The Simultaneously Used System By The Contracting Authority Pis, Training Of Pis Users, Delivery Of Complete System Documentation In Online Form, Including Current Instructions For Pis Users And Development Of An Exit Plan According To The Terms Of Reference, In Particular According To Annex No. 1 Of The Call – Preliminary Requirements For The System, Public Procurement Contract And Its Annexes; B) Provision Of Pis Operational Support; C) Provision Of Pis Development And D) Preparation Of An Exit Plan And Cooperation In Its Implementation.
