The Expected Revenue From The Agreement Is Calculated On The Basis Of Previous Activity/Consumption And Expected Activity From The Project Plan With The Conditions Known At The Time Of The Tender. The Expected Revenue Is Thus Not Binding On The Client. The Same Applies To Quantities Specified In The Offer List Which Must Be Seen As Representative Of Consumption Based On Project Plans. The Total Maximum Revenue For The Entire Term Of The Agreement Incl. Extensions (4X12 Months) Are Calculated Based On The Clients Estimated Turnover + 50%. In The Calculation Of The Maximum Quantity And Value, Price Trends, Uncertainty About Needs, Geopolitical Crises, Pandemics And Political Decisions Are Particularly Taken Into Account. Ordering Party The Framework Agreement Contains An Amendment Clause Regarding Changes In The Party Of Participating Utility Companies, So That Utility Companies Can Enter Or Leave The Contract Period In Line With Changes In The Ownership Group Behind The Contract Holder. The Ordering Party Points Out That Faxe Water Supply Participates In A Voluntary Framework Agreement.
