Supply Of diamond cut , diamond cut off blade 450 mm (18 inch) diameter as per is: 10519 (latest), typ e-a or equivalent indian or european standard. the blade shall be suitable for chipper masonry saw for cutting refractory bricks of the following chemical composition:-al umina (al2o3)-70% min, iron oxide (fe2o3)-2.5% max., alkalis (na2o+k2o)-1.0% max. note: 1) the firm has to submit mtc alongwith the supply. 2) each blade shall serve for cutting of bricks required for minimum 30 ladles (15-20 bricks per ladle). full supplied quantity shall be accepted/ rejected based on shop floor trail of 01 blade. in case of lesser per formance of trail blade, proportionate payment shall be made for the used trail blade 3) the firm has to submit guarantee for 30 ladles. in case of lesser performance after acceptance, the firm has to replace un used blades wihh in 30 days of receipt of oompla int. 4) no bonus shall be paid for performance exceding 30 ladles. ]
