COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Tender documents can be obtained from the Office of the SECRETARY MANAGEMENT TENDERS BOARD (Administrative Block Downstairs) FEDERAL TEACHING HOSPITAL, GOMBE after payment of non-refundable tender fees of N10,000.00 for each Lot, into Federal Teaching Hospital, Gombes Remita Account in any reputable Commercial Bank in Nigeria. 5. SUBMISSION OF EXPRESSION OF INTEREST Interested firms are to submit two (2) bound Expression of Interest (EoI) document in a sealed envelope clearly marked Expression of Interest for Lot (Indicate the Lot Number) and addressed to the Chief Medical Director, FTH, Gombe. The projects title, lot number and contractors name must be clearly written on top of each envelope, which must be dropped in the Tender Box located at the Administrative Building (Ground Floor) of the Hospital not later than 10:00am on Monday, 1st June, 2026. 6. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS All Completed Technical and Financial Tender shall be submitted in Two (2) separate sealed envelopes, clearly marked Technical Bid for Lot and Financial Bid for Lot (Indicate the Lot Number) which shall be inserted in a bigger third sealed envelope and addressed to the Chief Medical Director, FTH, Gombe. The projects title, lot number and contractors name must be clearly written on top of each envelope, which must be dropped in the Tender Box located at the Administrative Building (Ground Floor) of the Hospital not later than 10:00am on Monday, 15th June, 2026. 7. OPENING OF EOI AND TECHNICAL BIDS The EoI document and Technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission by 10:00am on Monday, 15th June, 2026 at the Hospital Conference Hall (Federal Teaching Hospital Complex, G.O.P.D upstairs) in the presence of Bidders and their Representatives, while the financial bids will be kept un-opened.
