The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of A Universal Testing Machine / Device For Mechanical And Thermomechanical Testing Of Samples Of Hybrid Composite Materials, Including Installation And Accessories. The Contract Will Be Implemented As Part Of The Project Centre Of Industrial Research, Development And Innovation Minileit (Hereinafter Also Only The Project) With The Considered Support Of Op St Funds According To The Conditions Of The Program And Call No. Aviation Industry And Energy. More Detailed Requirements For Delivery Components, Installation And Commissioning Are Specified In The Tender Documentation. The Offer Must Be Prepared In Both Czech And English. The Offer Must Respect All The Provisions And Requirements Stated By The Contracting Authority In This Procurement Documentation. The Contracting Authority Requests That The Applicant Submit A Complete Offer Including All Attachments In Electronic Form, Recommended In *.Pdf Format And Also A Draft Contract For The Work Or Equivalent, Recommended In Editable Form In *.Doc Or *.Docx Format. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Change, Or Specify The Tender Conditions Of This Public Contract, In Accordance With The Law. Bidders Are Not Entitled To Reimbursement Of Costs Associated With Participation In The Procurement Procedure. The Contracting Authority Is Not Entitled To Return Their Bids To The Bidders, With The Exception Of Samples Or Samples, Which Will Be Returned At The Bidders Request After The Conclusion Of The Contract. These Remain With The Contracting Authority As Part Of The Public Procurement Documentation. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Publish The Further Defined Range Of Information That Will Be Provided By The Supplier During The Awarding Of The Public Contract And Possibly During The Performance And Conclusion Of The Contract As Part Of The Transparency Of The Procedure On The Internet, Including Information Marked By The Supplier As Confidential. The Contracting Authority Submits An Application For A Subsidy To The Op St Program. From This Subsidy, It Intends To Finance The Performance That Is The Subject Of This Contract. The Contracting Authority Warns The Applicant That Before The Conclusion Of The Contract For The Performance Of The Contract, The Subsidy Provider May Carry Out An Inspection Of The Supplier Selection Administration And The Contract Will Be Concluded Only After This Inspection.
