Maintenance Of Information Technology Software – Restoration Of Hardware And Software Of Plc Systems Of Pčs And Aš. The Subject Of The Contract Is: A) Implementation Of Renewal (Or New Delivery) Of The Clients Plc Level Hardware And Software At The Specified Locations, Current Versions And All Related Activities, Including Integration Into The Clients Existing Internal System, Within The Scope And Specification Specified In The Draft Work Contract, Including In Particular All Work On The Plc Level Renewal And The Provision Of All Necessary And Related Licenses To The Extent Necessary For The Implementation Of The Plc Renewal And With A License Authorization Corresponding To At Least The Current Status For Plc Level Incl. All Necessary Accessories, Modules Or Software Of Other Manufacturers For Min. Maintaining The Existing Functionality. The Work Will Be Carried Out On The Dates And At The Locations According To The Schedule Agreed In Advance In Writing By The Client. The Existing Plc-Level Hardware Remains The Property Of The Client, Including The Dismantled Dt Switchboards From The Armature Shafts. B) The Service Of Support, Maintenance And Development Of The Plc-Level Environment In The Clients Locations Will Be Provided By The Supplier For A Period Of 7 Years From The First Successful Acceptance Of A Partial Part Of The Work Realized For The First Selected Location.
