Building Cleaning Services – Maintenance Cleaning At The Lzh. As Part Of An Open Procedure, The Maintenance Cleaning Of Office Spaces, Hallways, Seminar Rooms, Tea Kitchens, Toilet Facilities, Showers, Etc. Will Be Awarded. The Total Area To Be Cleaned Is Approximately 4,400 M². Furthermore, An Optional Basic Cleaning For Toilet Facilities, Tea Kitchens And Social Rooms Is Advertised, Which Is Only Carried Out According To The Clients Individual Order. Maintenance Cleaning Must Be Carried Out Between 7:00 P.M. And 10:00 P.M. On Weekdays Except Saturdays. Cleaning On Public Holidays Will Not Be Made Up. Basic Cleaning Takes Place On Saturdays By Arrangement. Hygiene And Consumables (Toilet Paper, Towel Roll Paper, Soap, Hand Disinfection, Toilet Seat Disinfection) Are Provided By The Client. Cleaning Agents And Other Consumables Are Provided By An. Requirements For The Cleaning Staff Cleaning May Only Be Carried Out By Appropriately Trained And Experienced Staff Of The (Contractor). This Must Also Be Taken Into Account When Representing Someone. Frequent Fluctuation Of Cleaning Staff Should Be Avoided. It Must Be Ensured That The Cleaning Staff Are Free Of Infectious Diseases. An Occupational Medical Check-Up Of Cleaning Staff By The Occupational Health Service Is Therefore Required. The Contractor Bears The Costs For This. The Test Results Must Be Renewed At Least Annually. A Foreman Coordinates The Work During Cleaning Times For Each Cleaning. Furthermore, A Property Line Is Used As A Contact For The Lzh. The Property Management Checks The Cleaning Work Carried Out On Site In The Property At Least Once A Week. The Same Conditions Apply To Representations. The Cleaning Staff Must Speak German Or English. Safety Instruction By The Lzh The Personnel Employed By The Contractor Are Instructed Before The Start Of The Activity By The Safety And Cleaning Officers In Collaboration With Those Responsible For The Contractor At The Lzh. The Instruction Takes Place By Arrangement During The Lzhs Regular Working Hours From 8:00 A.M. To 4:30 P.M. Access To The Property The Contractor Receives A Transponder For Each Cleaning Worker To Carry Out The Cleaning. Locked Rooms Must Always Be Locked Again. Disposal There Is Currently A 3-Part Waste Separation System In The Offices (Residual Waste, Paper, Plastics). The Contractor Must Dispose Of Residual Waste, Plastics And Paper In The Waste Containers At The Appropriate Collection Points. If Waste Separation Changes During The Contract Term, Disposal Must Be Adjusted Accordingly. Rooms Provided The Client Provides The Contractor With A Cleaning Supplies Room (2Nd Floor, 11M², Room 215) In The Service Rooms For The Storage Of Cleaning Machines, Cleaning Equipment And Cleaning Products. The Client Is Not Liable For The Workers Property Stored In This Room
