Services Relating To Contaminated Soil – Grondstromen Gronddepot. The Scope Consists Of Processing Soil Flows That Enter The Depot From Projects. This Concerns Soil From Projects In Public Spaces. This Soil Is Sampled So That It Becomes Clear How It Can Still Be Used Or Must Be Disposed Of. The Following Partial Products Fall Within The Scope: • Seven Lots Of Soil (Loader And Sieve); • Place Sieved Soil In Depot (Loader / Mobile Excavator); • Taking In Sieve Overflow; • Pushing Up Soil, Rubble Or Asphalt (Loader); • Loading And Unloading Soil, Rubble, Asphalt, Sewer Pipes, Fencing, Fodder Bales And Stelcon Plates And Maintaining The Site (Loader), Transporting Soil To Adjacent Grounds Or Cleaner Transporting Soil, Rubble Or Asphalt To Third Parties. The Following Sub-Products Are Outside The Scope: • Transport To The Depot; • Remediation Of The Contaminated Soil. The Size (Including Options And Extensions) Of The Assignment Is Estimated At € 900,000. The Size Is Real But Indicative. Because The Size Of The Order Has Been Estimated, No Rights To Actual Purchase Can Be Derived From This Estimate. The Nature Of A Framework Agreement Also Means That The Actual Number Of Concrete Assignments Is Uncertain. However, A Maximum Value Applies, Which Is Greater Than The Estimated Value. When That Maximum Value Is Or Is Reached, The Framework Agreement Is In Principle* Exhausted And Can Be Terminated By The Municipality Of Helmond. The Notice Period Is Then One (1) Month, Without This Giving Rise To Any Right To Compensation For The Contractor. The Maximum Value Of The Assignment Is Calculated Over The Maximum Duration Of The Framework Agreement Including The Extension Options And Amounts To € 1,250,000 Excluding Vat. *The Words In Principle Are Used Because Despite The Maximum Value Being Exceeded, Purchases May Still Be Made Lawfully Under The Framework Agreement If One Or More Of The Permitted Changes As Referred To In Article 2.163 A To 2.163 G Of The Public Procurement Act Can Be Invoked.
