The Subject Of Procurement Is Design Supervision Services For The Project Of Reconstruction Of The Existing Track And Construction Of The Second Track On The Section Hrvatski Leskovac - Karlovac, Over All The Contracted Works Until Their Completion And The Issuance Of Use Permits (In Accordance With The Construction Act, Nn 153/13, 20/17, 39/19, 125/19, 155/25) And Approvals For Putting Into Use All Railway Infrastructure Subsystems Covered By The Subject Procurement (In Accordance With The Law On Safety And Interoperability Of The Railway System, Nn 63/2020). In Accordance With Article 55, Paragraph 3 Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Construction Activities And Activities (Official Gazette 78/15, 118/18, 110/19), The Designer Of The Main Project Submitted A Statement To The Client That, For Objective Reasons, He Is Unable To Provide Design Supervision Services During The Execution Of Works On The Hrvatski Leskovac - Karlovac Railway Section.
