Building Construction Work - Major Repair And Strengthening Of The Building Of Kindergarten No. 123 Charles Perot In The Gorublyane Quarter Upi Iii - Odz, Quarter 63, Sofia. The Building Represents An Existing Childrens Institution No. 123, And Its Expansion By Means Of An Extension In Upi Iii, Quarter 63, /Property With Identifier 68134.4086.864 From The Cc And Kr/, Gorublyane Town According To The Plan Of The City Of Sofia, District Mladost So. The Extension Was Completed In The Period 2013 - 2014 And Covers The Northern Part Of The Field, Parallel To The Boundary Of The Plot, With A View To Providing Shelter From The Prevailing North-West Winds And Preserving The Existing Vegetation. The Newly Built Building Is Free-Standing, With Distances From The Side Regulation Lines, In Accordance With The Regulations. The Roof Structure Is Reinforced Concrete On The Three Bodies A, B And G Hall (Block B) Has A Steel Construction. The Structure Of The Building Is Made Of Reinforced Concrete With 25 Cm Ceramic Brick Walls And Plasterboard. The Interior Spaces Are Made Of Light Solid And Glazed Walls The Pitched Roofs Are Insulated With Thermal Insulation And The Thermal Insulation Is Made Of Mineral Wool
