Business Development Consultancy Services – International Accelerator. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Provision Of International Accelerator Services For The Contracting Authority. The Specific Setting Of Accelerator Services Outside The Minimum Performance Parameters Will Be The Subject Of Negotiations With The Participants As Part Of The Negotiation Process With Publication. The Contracting Authority Envisages The Following Range Of Basic Services Of The International Accelerator: -Acceleration Of Startups -Mentoring -Organization Of Events (Conferences, Hackathons, Workshops, Etc.), Implementation/Support Of Pilot Projects With Partners -Networking -Active Involvement Of Regional Stakeholders (Academic, Public Or Business Sphere) -Access To International Investor Networks And The Already Existing Ecosystem Of The Selected Supplier -Incubation Services For Foreign Startups -Expert Support Across The Life Cycle Of A Startup -Joining Global Innovation Networks -Business Development And Obtaining Funding -Operation Of Physical Infrastructure (Coworking) -Acquiring And Recruiting Talent To The Zlín Region Target Group Of The International Accelerator: -Starting And Early Startups (Local And Foreign) -Startup Teams Led By Foreign Founders -Spin-Offs From Universities And Research Institutions -Teams With An Innovative Concept Duration And Schedule Of The Acceleration Program: -Three-Year Acceleration Program With The Possibility Of Extension To Another Cycle, See Below -Required Number Of Program Runs Per Year (E.G. Min. 2 Calls Per Year) In Accordance With § 100, Paragraph 1 Zzvz, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Change The Commitment From The Contract To A Public Contract, In Relation To The Scope Of Services, Where After The End Of The Three-Year Acceleration Program There May Be An Extension To Another Cycle Of Up To Three Years. The Commitment Can Be Changed At The Request Of The Contracting Authority. Details Of The Mechanism For Triggering The Reserved Commitment Change Will Be Part Of The Draft Contract. The Provision Of Services Will Also Include Related Reporting And Cooperation With The Contracting Authority To The Extent Set By The Tender Conditions.
