Construction Work - Moderate Energy Renovation Of The Arad County Emergency Clinical Hospital Building - Stage Ii.. Arad County Emergency Clinical Hospital, Which Is Based On Andrényi Károly Street No. 2-4, Located In The Premises Of Piata Mihai Viteazu No. 5-8 (With An Area Of 18,189 Sqm, The Location Of The Former Arad Municipal Hospital Which Was Included In The County Emergency Clinical Hospital), Of Several Facilities And Building Bodies. The Object Of This Project Is Especially The C6 (Administrative Building) And C7 (Building With Medical Functions – Infectious Diseases, Nephrology And Dialysis, Ambulatory And Day Hospitalization, Occupational Medicine, Internal Medicine, Rheumatology). The Building Bodies C6 And C7 Were Built In 1823, And Their Current Condition Does Not Allow The Provision Of High-Quality Medical Services, And The Energy Consumption For Lighting And Heating Is High. Following The Implementation Of The Project, The Following Objectives Will Be Achieved: Thermal Rehabilitation Of The Building Envelope Elements; Thermal Rehabilitation Of The Heating System/Of The Domestic Hot Water Supply System; Installation Of Alternative Systems For Producing Electricity And/Or Thermal Energy For Own Consumption; Installation/Rehabilitation/Modernization Of Air Conditioning And/Or Mechanical Ventilation Systems To Ensure Indoor Air Quality; Rehabilitation/Modernization Of Lighting Installations In Buildings; Modernization Of The Technical Systems Of The Buildings, Including In Order To Prepare The Buildings For Intelligent Solutions; Equipping Buildings With Charging Stations For Electric Cars, According To The Provisions Of Law No. 372/2005 On The Energy Performance Of Buildings, Republished; Rehabilitation Of Medical Fluid Installations (Oxygen Installations); Interior Re-Compartmentalizations In Order To Optimally Organize Medical Flows And Circuits, For The C7 Building Body; For Technical And Financial Reasons, The Project Was Divided Into Two Phases. In Stage I, The Works Were Carried Out On The C6 Body, The Technical Infrastructure Works For Water And Domestic Hot Water Supply, Thermal Energy Supply, Electricity Supply, Natural Gas Supply. Also, At The C7 Building Body, The Thermal Rehabilitation Works Of The Building Envelope, Basement Development, Realization Of The Distribution Of Water Supply Installations, Domestic Hot Water, Electricity, Ventilation/Air Conditioning, Medical Gases, As Well As Sewage Installations, Weak Currents, Data Networks Were And Are Being Carried Out. During Stage Ii, Works Will Be Carried Out On The Ground Floor And First Floor Of Building C7: - All Internal Installations Will Be Replaced: Electrical, Sanitary And Thermal, Medical Gas Installations. Mechanical Ventilation And Air Conditioning Installations Will Be Made. At The Same Time, Fire Warning And Signaling Installations, As Well As Fire Extinguishing Installations With Hydrants, Will Be Made, According To Specific Norms And Regulations. - Whole Repartitions
