Tenders are invited for Supply of Various Materials for 11 Kv Overhead Lines. Documents Price: 150/- Documents may be obtained from Central Agency for Public Tenders (CAPT). Important conditions and instructions: 1- Tender documents will be published on CAPTs website prior to purchase. 2- All documents must be submitted on a non-copyable CD, except for the bid form and initial bond which are submitted as hard copies. The tender is indivisible. 3- A valid national manpower quota certificate from the Public Authority for Manpower must be submitted, along with a "To Whom It May Concern" certificate stating no hold on the bidders file under Article 10 of Law No. 6 of 2010. 4- Owners of small and medium enterprises are exempt from document fees under Article 39 of Law No. 74/2019 and must attach a valid certificate from the National Fund for SMEs. 5- Payment of fees by certified cheque or K-Net card. Inquiries must be submitted only at the pre-tender meeting. Bid Bond: KD 3,500 valid for 90 days in favor of the Central Agency for Public Tenders. Pre-tendering meeting: 10:00 AM on Sunday, 24/05/2026, at the Emergency Department building - Electrical Distribution Networks, Al-Salam Area.
