Provision Of Paid Meals (Lunch) For The Tenderers Employees. The Winning Bidder Is Obliged To Produce The Meals Ordered By The Bidder In Their Entirety - From Raw Material Storage To Serving - Locally, Provided By The Bidder At Zsigmondy Sétány 1, 7815 Harkány. In The Kitchen Located Below, Where The Equipment Necessary For The Full Operation Of The Kitchen - With The Exception Of The Equipment And Objects Listed In Detail In The Technical Description, Which Is Provided By The Bidder In The Form Of Handover - Must Be Provided By The Successful Bidder, Including The Tools Necessary For Eating (Cutlery, Plates, Glasses, Etc.). All Activities Necessary For The Provision Of The Service - From Raw Material Storage To Serving - Must Be Carried Out In The Premises Provided By The Bidder. The Successful Bidder Is Obliged To Operate The Kitchen And Serving Kitchen Provided By The Bidder As Intended In Accordance With The Regulations And Legislation. The Current Number Of Rooms And Beds Are As Follows: Regarding The Hospital: 145 Rooms With 302 Beds. Regarding The Hotel: 45 Rooms With 90 Beds. The Winning Bidder Must Submit His Bid Taking Into Account The Above Risks, And Due To Changes In The Number Of Beds And Portions, The Contract Contents Can Only Be Modified In Accordance With The Code Of Civil Procedure. It Can Be Initiated According To The Provisions Of § 141. Informative Amount Of Public Procurement: 1. For Inpatients (4 X Meals): 70,000 Servings/Year Providing Three Main Meals And One Small Meal Per Day For Those Requiring Normal And Vegetarian Meals Based On The Instructions Of A Dietician. 2. Diet 1. (4 X Meals): 16,000 Servings/Year Providing Three Main Meals And One Small Meal Per Day Based On The Dieticians Instructions (Ek, Diab, Low Kcal (1200 Kcal), Gluten-Free, Lactose-Free, Preservative-Free, Purine-Free). 3. Diet 2. (5 X Meals): Providing 12,000 Servings/Year Of Three Main Meals And Two Snacks Per Day Based On The Dietitians Instructions (Robolás, Diab, 1500 Kcal + 175 G Ch). 4. Diet 2. (6 X Meals) With Supplementary Dinner: 9,000 Portions/Year. 5. Individual Meals: 1000 Portions/Year (Obese, Individual Patients). 6. High Level Buffet Breakfast For Hotel Wing Guests (15,000 Portions/Year) 7. High Level Menu Choice Lunch For Hotel Wing Guests (400 Portions/Year) 8.
