Biosolids Removal/Dredging Services - Nb . Other Construction Services The Southeast Regional Service Commission (The Sersc Or The Commission) Is Issuing This Request For Quotations (The Rfq), Asking Proponents To Submit Non-Binding Offers For The Provision Of The Dredging Services As Described In Appendix A Of The Rfq. The Work Consists Of Removing The Biosolids That Have Accumulated In The Two (2) On-Site Leachate Treatment Ponds. The Spoils Will Be Pumped To Geotextile Containers Situated On Existing Drainage Pads, Allowing The Liquid To Flow Back To The Ponds While Retaining The Solids In The Containers.
