The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of Works Related To The Dismantling Of The Existing Goods And Passenger Lift And The Delivery And Assembly Of A New Goods And Passenger Lift, As Well As The Performance Of Necessary Renovation And Construction Works In The Building Of The Social Welfare Home In Brańszczyk, In Accordance With The Design Documentation And Stwiorb. The Contractor Is Obliged To Dismantle, Remove And Dispose Of The Dismantled Crane In Accordance With Applicable Law And To Provide The Ordering Party With A Document Confirming Its Scrapping Or Transfer To An Authorized Entity Dealing With Disposal. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: • Dismantling The Existing Crane Along With Its Elements And Its Disassembly, Removal And Disposal In Accordance With Applicable Law, • Securing The Work Area, • Performing The Necessary Construction, Installation And Assembly Works, • Inspection And Possible Adaptation Of The Existing Shaft, • Assembly Of A Brand New Lift In Accordance With The Design Documentation, • Performance Of Finishing Works After Assembly And Adaptation Of Technical Rooms To The New Device, • Performance Of Works In The Shaft And Technical Rooms, Including Cleaning And Repair Of Surfaces, Filling In Gaps, Installation Of Lighting And Service Sockets And Other Works Resulting From The Design Documentation, • Delivery, Assembly, Commissioning And Adjustment Of A Complete Lift, • Construction And Commissioning Of An Access Control System For The Lift (E.G. Card Proximity Card, Rfid Chip, Key Fob Or Equivalent Solution), Enabling The Limitation Of Access To The Elevator For Authorized Users And/Or Selected Floors, • Carrying Out Tests And Commissioning The Device, • Preparing As-Built Documentation, • Obtaining Approval For Operation By The Office Of Technical Inspection (Udt), • Providing Operation, Operation And Maintenance Instructions And Training Of Persons Indicated By The Ordering Party.
