The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Works Consisting In The Repair And Maintenance Of Forest Roads And Fire Access Roads In The Mirosławiec Forest District In 2026. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Described In The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, Which Consists Of Appendices To The Swz: 1) Annex No. 8 - Design Documentation: A) Annex No. 8.1. – Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works; B) Annex No. 8.2. – Detailed Characteristics Of The Works; C) Annex No. 8.3. - Maps;2) Annex No. 9 - Bill Of Quantities. The Bill Of Quantities Does Not Constitute The Sole Basis For The Offer Valuation. It Is Planned To Perform Works On Internal Forest Roads And Fire Access Roads Of The Mirosławiec Forest District In The Following Forest Districts: Lipie, Nieradź, Mirosławiec, Orle, Toporzyk, Betyń, Hanki, Kalinówka And Łowicz (Order Implementation Area). Existing Dirt And Gravel Roads Are Characterized By Numerous Ruts, Depressions And Distorted Geometric Cross-Sections. The Ground Is Unstable In Places And Makes It Difficult, Or Sometimes Even Impossible, For Trucks To Pass Through And To Remove Wood. The Location Of The Works Is Drawn On The Maps Constituting Appendix 8.3. To The Swz, And The Number And Type Of Individual Works Are Presented In The List Detailed Characteristics Of The Works - Annex No. 8.2. To Swz. Due To: (1) The Actual Natural And Weather Situation (Climatic, Atmospheric) That May Occur During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, As Well As In The Event Of (2) An Increase In The Ordering Partys Financial Resources Resulting From Above-Planned Revenues From The Sale Of Wood (3) The Urgent Need To Repair The Roads On Which Works In The Field Of Harvesting And Skidding Of Wood Are Carried Out And On Which The Raw Material Is Exported, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Make Reducing Corrections, Increasing Corrections, And New Arrangements Location, As Well As Suspending The Execution Of Works Listed In Annex 8 To The Swz In The Locations Indicated In Annex 8.3. To Swz. Incremental Adjustments In A Given Location Indicated In Annex 8.3. To The Swz Do Not Mean The Introduction Of New Works Not Covered By The Scope Of The Order, And Reducing Corrections Do Not Mean The Complete Abandonment Of Some Works. They Should Be Understood As An Increase In The Number Of Works In One Location (Forest Address) In The Order Fulfillment Area (Including Also In Locations In The Order Fulfillment Area Not Initially Indicated In The Swz), While Reducing The Number Of Works In Another Location (Forest Address) In The Order Fulfillment Area, Within The Total Amounts Of Individual Construction Works Included In The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Agreement Specified In The Swz, To Be Performed In The Entire Order Fulfillment Area. It May Also Be Necessary To Increase The Size Of Some Elements Of The Executed Order In The Course Of Performing The Subject Of The Order In
