Youth Education Services – Comprehensive Organization And Support Of Workshops As Part Of The Robo Łódzkie Project. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is Comprehensive Organization And Service Of Workshops As Part Of The Robo Łódzkie Project. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of The Following Tasks: A) Organization And Conduct Of Four Two-Week Workshops, Including: • Providing Training Staff; • Providing A Room With Appropriate Equipment And Facilities For Conducting Workshops, Including Places At A Separate Computer Station For Each Participant, As Well As Space For The Ordering Partys Information Materials; • Providing A Room For After-School Activities And A Staff Of Caregivers To Provide Care During After-School Hours; • Keeping A List Of Participants Attendance; • Preparation Of Schedules, Regulations And Workshop Program; • Providing Catering For Workshop Participants; • Creating Temporary E-Mail Addresses For Workshop Participants To Log In To Platforms/Applications Requiring User Registration. B) Preparation And Delivery Of Promotional Materials For Workshop Participants, 3. The Subject Of The Order Was Described In Detail In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz), Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Is Also Annex No. 1 To The Draft Contract (Appendix No. 4 To The Swz).
