Tenders are invited for Power System Strengthening and Renewable Energy Integration Project: Package 6 - Integration of Renewable Energy Management System and NSCC SCADA/EMS Modernization. Technical bids will be publicly opened on 11th June 2026 at 10:15 hours (Local Time) in the presence of Bidders designated representatives at the Office of the Director (System Control), National System Operator Private Limited, No. 80, Parliament Road, Pelawatta, Battaramulla, Sri Lanka., whereas the Financial Bids shall remain sealed and unopened and shall be placed locked. The Financial Bids of only Technically Responsive and Qualified Bidders shall be opened after Technical Bid Evaluation, whereas the Financial Bids of those Bidders whose Technical Bids are not responsive and qualified shall be returned unopened after the contract is awarded.
