Hazard Protection And Control Consultancy Services – N05.72 Mp-080011 - Upn.La Neuveville-Bienne-Ouest - Site Safety Manager (Works 2027-2032) (Id 11800). The Services To Be Provided Fall Within The Framework Of The Work On The N05 La Neuveville – Bienne National Road, These Are Divided Into Three Parts: * Part 1: This Concerns The Residual Maintenance Work (Uplans) 2026-2027 Of The Center Lot. Located Between Pr+640.643 And Pr+660.620, I.E. A Section Of Approximately 2 Km, They Concern In Particular Vegetated Nets, A Guide Border As Well As A Retaining Wall In The Municipality Of Twann-Tüscherz. * Part 2: Concerns The Development Project For 2029 Providing For The Construction Of Five New Setec Basins Located In The Municipalities Of La Neuveville, Twann-Tüscherz And Bienne. * Part 3: Concerns The Development Project For The Entrance To Bienne By 2029, Providing, Among Other Things, For Redevelopment Of The Road, The Water Evacuation System And The Bus Stops. This Part Is Located Between Pr+66.600 And Pr+68.200, A Section Of Approximately 1.6 Km In The Municipalities Of Twann-Tüscherz And Bienne. The Tasks To Be Accomplished Correspond To The Safety Managers Services During The Following Sia Phases Of The Project: 51 - Execution Documents, 52 - Execution Of Measures / Construction And 53 - Commissioning, Completion. By This Mandate, The Project Owner Delegates To The Safety Manager The Following Specific Responsibilities: * Ensure The Safety Of The Various Participants On The Site (Companies, Subcontractors, Works Management, Agents); * Guarantee The Protection Of Third Parties In Relation To The Construction Site (Motorists, Cyclists, Pedestrians, Local Residents, Etc.); * Ensure The Protection Of Railway Installations In Operation, In Particular Adjacent Cff Tracks, With Regard To The Works. * Identify Risks Then Define, Implement And Control The Necessary Safety Measures During The Planning And Execution Phases Of The Work.
