Hus Kiinteistöt Oy Tenders For The Procurement Of A Condition Monitoring System For Critical Premises And For The Premises Of Hus Group Pharmacies. The Competition Is Divided Into The Following Sub-Areas: 1. Condition Monitoring System For Critical Facilities (Hus Kiinteistöt Oy) 2. Hus Apteekki Condition Monitoring System (Hus Group) Sub-Area 1. The Purpose Of The Procured Condition Monitoring System Is To Monitor The Conditions (Temperature, Humidity And Pressure Differences) Of Facilities Classified As Critical In The Hus Area Hospitals. The Critical Facilities Affected By This Purchase Are The Operating Theaters And Sterile Warehouses Connected To The Operating Departments, Air Isolation Rooms And Part Of The Equipment Maintenance Facilities. If Necessary, The System Can Be Expanded As An Option To Measure The Temperatures Of The Entire Hus Area, E.G. Medicine Rooms And Refrigerators In Departments, Functional Spaces, Warehouses Or Other Types Of Spaces That Require Monitoring. To Be Delivered By The End Of 2027, Work Will Start During 2026. Sub-Area 2. The Purpose Of The Procured Condition Monitoring System Is To Monitor The Temperatures, Relative Humidity, Particle Concentrations And Pressure Differences Of The Medicine Storage Facilities And Clean Rooms Of The Hus Apteek Located In The Salvia Building. The Bid Includes The Salvia Buildings Hus Apteeks Condition Monitoring System, As An Option, The Sub-Area Includes The Option To Expand The System To Other Hus Apteeks Offices In The Hus Area. To Be Delivered By The End Of 2028. The System Is Used To Monitor The Conditions Of The Facilities, Monitor Alarms From Them And Send Follow-Up Alarms To The User And Store Measurement Data Electronically. The Premises To Be Commissioned, The Number Of Measurement Points And Their Locations Are Listed In Annex 4 Of The Request For Tenders By Sub-Region. One (1) Supplier Will Be Selected. The Duration Of The Contract Period Is Three (3) Years, After Which The Contract Continues Indefinitely. The Purpose And Goal Is A Longer-Term Partnership For The Condition Monitoring System, Which Will Improve The Consistency Of The Systems In The Hus Area And The Skills Of The Personnel To Use The System Regardless Of The Location. The Number Of Products To Be Purchased During The Contract Period And The Destinations For Which They Are Purchased May Vary. The Customer Does Not Commit To Specific Purchase Quantities. The Quantities Presented In The Request For Quotation Are Estimates.
