Expression of Interest for Bulk Diesel Fuel Supply for Standby and Prime Power Generators Tanzania SCOPE OF SERVICE: This Expression of Interest (EOI) seeks to identify qualified and capable suppliers who will provide Bulk Diesel Fuel Supply for Standby and Prime Power Generators meeting the local regulatory standards and EACOP quality specifications for the safe and efficient Operations phase of the EACOP pipeline project. Services required include, but not limited to: 1 Product Specification: Automotive Gas Oil (AGO) conforming to local regulatory standards and EACOP quality requirements, including: Sulphur content 50 ppm (Euro 4/5 compliant) Cetane Number 51 Density at 15°C: 820845 kg/m³ Climate-appropriate cloud points Free from contamination (water, sediments, microbial growth) Certified batch test results from accredited laboratories 2 Supply Volumes: Peak consumption per week Estimated to be 2,000,000 LTRS at each manned stations PS4, PS 5 & MTT Flexible volumes based on operational demands from XX to 2,000,000ltrs 3 Delivery Requirements: Fleet Capacity & Age Requirements Minimum fleet size aligned with demand profile (e.g., ability to deliver to PS3PS6, PRS, MTT simultaneously) Tanker truck capacity mix (e.g. 20,000L 45,000L per unit) to ensure flexibility across sites All delivery truck tankers must be 5 years old Fire suppression systems Drivers must be Certified for hazardous material transport Drivers must possess Defensive driving certification Bulk supply via ADR-compliant road tankers with calibrated meters and seals 24/7 delivery capability including emergency supply arrangements Supplier to maintain strategic stockholdings to ensure continuous operations Storage Capacity & Supply Continuity Secondary / Backup Storage -long term Agreements with third-party terminals Minimum storage capacity: Sufficient to cover 714 days of EACOP demand Strategic locations: Dar es Salaam (import hub) & Tanga (critical for MTT & PRS 1 supply) Emergency Readiness Tender Link : https://www.eacop.com/eacop-goods-services/
