Medical Equipments – Supply Of Equipment For Dermato-Venerology. The Acquisition Aims To Conclude A Supply Contract With A Single Economic Operator, With The Purpose Of Procuring Equipment For The Dermato-Venerology Department. The Contract Is Structured On A Single Lot, As Follows: Lot 1 – Medical Equipment For Dermato-Venerology Pos 1: Dermatoscope – 1 Pc Pos 2: Universal Treatment System (Ipl/Frax/Yag) – 1 Pc Pos 3: Universal Treatment Platform – 1 Pc Pos 4: Ultrasound Platform – 1 Pc Pos 5: Co2 Laser – 1 Pc Pos 6: Laser Platform (Yag + Alexandrite) – 1 Pc The Equipment Will Be Provided In Accordance With The Requirements And Technical Specifications Provided In The Specifications. The Supply Contract Includes, In Addition To The Delivery Of The Equipment, Also Related Services, Namely: Transport, Installation, Commissioning, Testing And Personnel Training. These Services Are Included In The Supply Contract And In The Price Offered. The Related Services Mentioned Above Are Included In The Scope Of The Contract And Are Covered By The Related Cpv Codes. In Order To Clarify Aspects Related To This Contract, Interested Economic Operators Can Send Requests Up To 18 Days Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers/Candidates. The Contracting Authority Undertakes To Respond To All Requests Clearly And Fully, No Later Than The 11Th Day Before The Deadline. Requests Submitted After This Date Will Not Be Able To Be Processed And Are Considered Late.
