On The Basis Of § 107, Paragraph (2), It Reserves The Possibility That During The Implementation Of The Dbr, At The Same Time As The Invitation To Tender Is Sent, With Regard To The Specific Procurement Requirement Contained Therein - Depending On The Subject And Nature Of The Specific Public Procurements - The Options For Partial Tendering Can Be Determined In The Invitation To Tender.
