Bids Are invited for Facility Management Services - Lumpsum Based - Annual Operation And Maintenance Of Sprinklers Around Coal Stock Yard And Near Weigh Bridge At Mkd I Oc Mine Of Makardhokda Sub Area For 01 Year 2Nd Call; O M Of Civil Work; Consumables To Be Provided .. - Operation And Maintenance Of Fixed Sprinklers Including Operating Pump/Motor And Attached Valves Of Pipe Line And Oiling/Greasing The Sprinklers Once In The Forenightly Including Repairing Of Damaged Pipe Including Fittings, Welding, Flange Joint Etc. By Engaging Plumber Complete As Per Instruction Of Engineer Incharge. Operation Of Sprinklers Shall Be In Two Shifts Of 08 Hours Each By Engaging Minimum One Manpower In Each Shift. (For 2 Shifts) And To Repair/Replacement Of Parts Of Sprinklers, Pipeline Etc. 1 No. Of Skilled Manpower (Twice In A Month) , Earth Work In Excavation By Mechanical Means (Hydraulic Excavator) / Manual Means In Foundation Trenches Or Drains (Not Exceeding 1.5 M In Width Or 10 Sqm On Plan), Including Dressing Of Sides And Ramming Of Bottoms, Lift Upto 1.5 M, Including Getting Out The Excavated Soil And Disposal Of Surplus Excavated Soil As Directed, Within A Lead Of 50 M. All Kinds Of Soil.
