Tenders are invited for Construction of Animal Anatomy and Physiology Laboratory for Department of Agricultural Technology Date Added: May 6, 2026 Deadline: 21/05/2026 Category: General Supplies & Services, Supply of Vehicles 3.0 COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENT Interested companies are to collect Tender Document from the office of the Director Procurement, Federal Polytechnic, Damaturu on evidence of payment of a non-refundable tender fee of N10,000.00 for Procurement and N20,000.00 for Construction through remita platform in any Commercial Bank of their Choice in favor of Federal Polytechnic, Damaturu. Evidence of such Payments is to be presented at the revenue unit of Bursary Department for official receipt. 4.0 SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Prospective bidders are to submit their bids in Two (2) hard copies of Technical and Financial Bids packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as Technical Bid or Financial Bid. Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope and addressed to the Registrar, Federal Polytechnic, Damaturu, and clearly marked with (the name of the project). Furthermore, the reverse side of the envelope should be clearly marked with the name and address of the bidder and dropped in the designated tender box at the Director Procurements Office, Federal Polytechnic, Damaturu not later than 12:00noon on Thursday, 21st May, 2026. The working hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm on weekdays, excluding weekends. Please ensure that you signed the bid submission Register in the Office of Director procurement of the Polytechnic as the Federal Polytechnic, Damaturu will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids. 5.0 OPENING OF TENDER The Technical bids shall be opened immediately after the deadline for the submission of bids at 12:00 noon on Thursday, 21st May, 2026 at the Polytechnic Council Chamber of Federal Polytechnic, Damaturu, Yobe State in the presence of all bidders or their representatives. 6.0 GENERAL INFORMATION a. Bid must be in English Language and signed by an official authorized by the bidder. b. Bids submitted after the deadline for submission would be returned un-opened. c. All costs will be borne by the bidders. d. All pre-qualified bidders will have their financial Bids opened thereafter and evaluated accordingly. e. The Federal Polytechnic, Damaturu is not bound to pre-qualify any bidder and reserves the right to annul the procurement process at any time without incurring any Liabilities in accordance with Section 28 of the public procurement Act 2007.
