1. The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Performance Of Construction Works, Including Works Related To Electrical And Low-Current Installations And Sanitary Installations, Consisting In The Reconstruction Of Some Rooms In The Building Of The National Bank Of Poland District Branch In Poznań At Al. Marcinkowskiego 12, Together With The Delivery And Installation Of Furniture And Equipment Elements For These Rooms; 2) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation And Transfer Of The Copyrights To This Documentation To The Ordering Party, Together With The Right To Exercise And Authorize The Exercise Of Derivative Copyrights, As Well As Transfer Of Ownership Rights To The Media On Which This Documentation Was Recorded, To The Extent And Under The Terms Specified In § 15 Of The Designed Contract Provisions; 3) Training Of At Least 5 Designated Employees Of The Ordering Party In The Operation And Maintenance Of The Installed Devices And Installations.
